Who pays, the DM or the players?
The DM's account holds the plan. Players never pay to join a campaign.
What happens to my campaigns if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your campaigns stay readable; starting new ones waits until you are back on Pro or under the free limits.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Any time, from the billing page. Yearly is priced at ten months.
